We evaluate candidates based on their years of experience, proficiency with relevant tools, demonstrated skills in their field, and their ability to collaborate effectively within teams. For each role, from Junior to Principal levels, we assess specific competencies that align with the responsibilities and expertise required at that level.
The typical timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the role and the specifics of your requirements. Generally, it takes about 3 to 5 weeks from the initiation of the search to the placement of a candidate. This includes time for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
Our recruitment process includes comprehensive vetting procedures such as skills assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a good fit not only with the technical requirements but also with your company culture. We also tailor our search and selection process based on your specific project needs and strategic goals.
Wise Hive offers two main pricing models for recruitment services: Embedded Hiring and Direct Hire. Embedded Hiring is priced starting at $3,000 per month, which covers full-time hires along with handling of payroll, benefits, and compliance. Direct Hire involves a flat fee calculated as 30% of the candidate’s first-year salary.
